A happy holiday soiree under $200

This weekend marks one of our first parties of the holiday season. I love getting dressed up and keeping things festive, but like to switch it up a bit fete to fete. Which makes it tough when purse strings are pulled a little tighter with presents to buy and apartments to furnish.
