(sweater: H&M | belt: Forever 21 | skirt: ModCloth | necklace: c/o Bauble Bar | flats: Zara)
Getting up in the morning to go to the gym has proved to be harder and harder as we near the end of daylight savings. The mornings are dark and stay dark until I'm literally running out the door - making it tough to sneak out for a little photo sesh, especially if Jon doesn't have to leave with me in the mornings. I can't say I blame him, I wouldn't want to escape a cozy bed for a few fashion photos.I've had this skirt for a while now and actually resurfaced it during my recent closet clean out. Isn't that the best? Finding goodies hidden below piles of last year's sweaters? After originally pairing this sweater and skirt combo with a sparkly cream belt, I thought, why not channel the early days of primary colors. This combo always makes me think of basics, school, and blocks. Don't ask me why, it just does!

So I thought we had the same skirt... But I bought mine from Forever21 while in LA! Funny though, I thought about wearing it on Friday, looks better on you so I probably won't be wearing it around you :)
Lovely! The skirt is phenom and of course, love the BaubleBar bling!
Hi Christine! We love the way you styled the yellow skirt! We loving rediscovering old treasures too. :)
